Who We Are
Elizabeth founded Vesta Homes in 2021 to provide the very highest level of service and skill in Denver’s Metropolitan Real Estate market. Vesta is the Roman goddess of hearth and home. Vesta’s fire and hearth embody the two most central tenants of our business. Vesta’s eternal fire exemplifies our ongoing commitment to our clients, our tenacity in negotiations and passion for our industry. Her symbolic hearth speaks to our belief in the importance of the home. Home is central to our sense of community, family and self.
Vesta Homes has ranked among the Denver Real Estate industry’s top producing teams since their inception. Vesta Homes has been featured in Top Producer Magazine and 5280 Magazine’s Top Producing Agents issue each year.
Elizabeth Sacerdoti
After spending her formative years between Milwaukee and France, Elizabeth headed west to attend Colorado College. She immediately fell in love with Colorado’s abundant opportunities for outdoor adventure. Elizabeth began her career in real estate in 2009 and was thrilled to join Kentwood Real Estate in 2011. She cites Kentwood’s strong reputation, ethics and culture of collaboration as just some of the reasons she chose to be a Kentwood broker.
Between 2012-2020, Elizabeth and her team won 5280 Magazine’s Five-Star Real Estate agent award every year, consistently ranking among Kentwood Cherry Creek’s top 3 producers in both volume and number of transactions closed. Elizabeth has received multiple certifications as a Realtor, including as a Pricing Strategy Advisor. In 2021, Elizabeth and her team created Vesta Homes at Kentwood Real Estate, with the shared vision of offering clients a level of service, experience and market knowledge rarely combined in the real estate industry.
Whether a client is purchasing their dream home or an investment, downsizing or expanding, Elizabeth is an expert strategist, trusted advocate and seasoned negotiator. Drawing on a diverse background in fundraising and academia, Elizabeth excels at managing the process of purchasing and selling property so that her clients are aware of every opportunity available. She works tirelessly to ensure her clients realize the greatest return and satisfaction from their experience. Elizabeth breaks the transaction down into clear steps, explaining each process, so her clients are knowledgeable and empowered about their decisions throughout the contract. She maintains strong relationships with her clients, checking in and consulting as they consider improvements or next steps.
In her own words, “I focus on the potential my clients have to maximize their home appreciation and am always examining properties to ensure their growth over time. Having seen the highs and lows of various real estate markets, I work to protect my clients’ long term real estate interests. Finding value and opportunity in housing is what drives me. I’m proud to say that 100% of my clients are referrals from past clients, and I often work with multiple generations of families.” Having painstakingly remodeled an 1895 Victorian home, she provides her clients thoughtful insights into profitable upgrades and the nuances of the inspection process. Her expertise spans the Denver metropolitan area and its wide range of neighborhoods, price points, and school districts.
When not working, Elizabeth spends time with her husband and two daughters enjoying Colorado’s rivers and mountains, voraciously reading her next book club selection, or traveling the globe- from Antarctica to Zanzibar.
Joelle Friday
Joelle fell in love with architecture and design at a young age while visiting the mansions of Newport, Rhode Island on a family vacation. She was awed by the beauty and grandeur of those old homes. She still is! Joelle recalls as a kid creating her own floor plans and figuring out the best way to layout furniture. A favorite toy was her Victorian dollhouse that she would decorate. She has always been intrigued by the transformation of house to home and what that truly represents.
Joelle grew up in Syracuse, New York, and on a whim moved to Aspen to ski bum after college. She always thought she’d head back to New York and didn’t anticipate falling in love with Colorado, though it’s hard not to with the Maroon Bells in your backyard!
Over the years Joelle has lived in many different houses across the Denver area. Through these many moves she’s learned that home is a much deeper concept that can’t be confined to the walls that surround you. With each house she’s lived in, a deeper sense of home has greeted her at the door.
Joelle’s real estate career began in the late 90’s when she landed in Denver and took a job leasing apartments on Capitol Hill. She found she really enjoyed getting to know the tenants and matching them with new places to live. She started exploring the neighborhoods around our great city and found each had something unique to offer and she quickly established her favorite haunts. In 2003, Joelle added residential appraiser to her resume; in 2005 she got her real estate license. A family move took her to Rockville, Maryland in 2016 and for a few years she continued to learn about the nuances of buying and selling homes in a different part of the country.
2019 brought Joelle and her family back to our great state of Colorado where she now calls Parker home. It was a natural fit for her to join Elizabeth at Vesta Homes in 2022 as her licensed assistant where she can assist her clients in smooth transactions buying and selling their homes.
In her downtime, Joelle can often be found with her nose in a book, trying a new recipe, working on a puzzle or deep into an organization project at home. Hiking, walking and the ability to spend time outdoors enjoying our incredible Colorado weather keeps her happy and content.
